Suppositories and Ovules filler / closing machine

Machine for the production and packaging of suppositories and ova in pre-formed containers in reels. Composed of two units, the first one for filling the alveoli, the second one for welding and the strip division of the reel. The filling takes place through the automatic passage of the alveoli under the dosing nozzle with the product which is kept at a constant temperature and mixed in the heated hopper. The alveoli, rewound on the disc positioned at the machine outlet, are allowed to cool and then placed on the welding machine which provides for their sealing, their coding and trimming with pre-cutting in strips of the pre-set length.
