Ideal for medium and large pharmaceutical and herbal products, the OSZ/300K Semiautomatic Capsule is able to facilitate and speed up the processing cycles (opening, simultaneous filling and closing) of 300 hard gelatin capsules in sizes from 00 to 4 and of 234 capsules in the 000 format. Precise and highly reliable, it is made of stainless steel and incorporates an electromagnetic vibrator for the uniform distribution of the product in the capsules and a pressure press pestle for an adequate compression of the powders. Complete with loading hopper for the delimitation of the filling area, it is supplied with a series of interchangeable accessories including the base plate and 2 loading plates of the desired size. The dismantling operations for simple cleaning and periodic maintenance are quick and easy.
